Mail Transcripts is looking for Back Office Administrator

Job Profile

We are looking for a pleasing personality female for Back Office Operations in our Mumbai office.


Attending customer phone calls
Handling and replying to client emails
Document printouts, scanning forms and other similar tasks
Reporting to manager
Keyboarding is an asset as the assistant will need to type and fill out forms

Personality Traits:

Candidate must have good customer service skills
Knowledge of fluent English is mandatory
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a quick environment with minimal supervision
Good communication skills and organisation skills
Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit, nationally-distributed teams

Work Timings: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Sat
Salary Range: 10k - 15k per month
