Trigent Software Limited is looking for Technical Support (C2H Position)

Job Profile

Candidate should have Any Diploma or Graduation with 1 to 3 years relevant work experience, preferably at an International Call Center for Technical Support. Must have excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain a variable work schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in a consumer facing environment. Previous Technical Support and/or call center experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Connects and communicates with clients using a chat portal or phone, recommending appropriate solutions based on the clients description of their issue and their own diagnosis
Requires excellent verbal and written skills to greet clients and clarify services being rendered
Dispatches jobs for fulfillment of the applicable services requested/ required
Provides scope of client issue(s), services to be performed, and any applicable information regarding the client and repair when dispatching

Flexible in both schedule and work load. Able to work a minimum of 45 hours each week, maintaining a variable work schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and service throughout all client interactions
May be called upon to perform repairs, upgrades, and applicable installations to client machines depending on work load and demand
Provide information and answers to clients regarding Best Buy products not pertaining to Geek Squad Online Support
Documents all client connects in a customer relationship management system
