Job Responsibility:

Conducting candidate screening, reference checks, in-house interviews and negotiated offers.
Ensure to complete Joining formalities and follow-up with candidate for joining.
Maintained personnel data in various HR information systems and hard-copy records.
Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
