Fountain Hill Systems Pvt. Limited is looking for HR Administrator

Job Profile

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department (on Contract of 6 months). You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that our HR department supports employees while conforming to labour laws.
Required Experience 1 to 2 years.
Offered CTC- 1,80,000 to 2,50,000

Ket Responsibilities:

Organise and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or casual leaves).
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
Answer HR-related queries from employees.

Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
Handling accounts & finance related activities.
